STRESS BEHAVIOUR OF 3D PRINTED PLATE WITH HOLE

This study calculates the stress concentration factor of flat and curved PLA plate structures studies features surrounding holes structure. It is essential to understand behaviour 3D-printed plates around hole. Flat with 40 mm, 20 10 mm in diameter were investigated. With a 2.5 N/mm2 applied load plate, such models put through finite element analysis simulations using ANSYS investigate maximum longitudinal direction. The result was then compared theoretical result. results show that for curve radius 100 decreasing hole 0.04, 0.02 0.01 m increases 2.18, 2.41 2.68 respectively. versus graph elements dimensions 5 4 2 compares between methods analysis. 40, size will produce 10.7063, 8.0046 7.5529 MPa. Stress Concentration Factor (Kt) vs. Plate Diameter indicates diameter. demonstrated be as gets smaller.
